Whats new in this one:

The browser has been significantly reworked. It should be a lot faster for
subsets of data. There is also now a custom find. if you click the custom
check box you can type data into the blank fields and it will pull up all
the matching data. You can do an exact search by putting an = at the
beginning of the field.
Tip:
if you just want to see budgetary transactions, put an =0 in both the
financial and encumbrance fields... likewise for financial or
encumbrance...

The categories screen has also been reworked. Now you can see what accounts
are in a particular category. This should help when new accounts show up.

To update (Please follow these very carefully. Give me a call if you have
any questions (x48484)):

1. Open chooser from the apple menu
2. Select appleshare
3. Select zone SIOADM
4. Select machine SIO Admin
5. Select volume ProAcct 1.6.1
6. locate the directory that has your proacct executable
7. delete your proacct application, the sum reports folder, and the det
reports folder
8. copy the correct proacct application from the ProAcct 1.6.1 volume
(proacct.68k for non powermacs, proacct.ppc for powermacs)
9. copy sum reports and det reports into this directory
10. you are ready to try out the new version!
